The Original 3D Acrylic Name Plaque We have been making these 3D name plaques since 2016. One of the first in Australia. Plaque bases are made from 3mm Acrylic. 3D Names made from coloured acrylic or mirror finish acrylic Artwork layouts will only be emailed for approval for the 2 or 3 name version or if you have requested birth details. Single name/line plaques will not be proofed and will be centre aligned. Please provide names as you would like them written on the product (eg uppercase letters or lowercase letters). Acrylic will be Matte side up unless specified otherwise or if only Gloss acrylic is chosen.
